LETTER FROM THE President

As principal of Archbishop Mitty High School, I am inspired daily by our students, young men and women working together to achieve excellence and to lead lives of faith and service. I marvel at their efforts to be the best they can be as students, athletes, artists, and leaders.

Our students strive to be their best in an environment that is energetic, friendly, and supportive. Our challenging college preparatory academic program, our unparalleled extra-curricular activities, and our beautiful facilities have all been designed to make Archbishop Mitty the best Catholic high school imaginable.

Most importantly, within our Catholic educational community our students pursue their spiritual development and refine their moral decision-making. In a world beset with conflicting value systems, our Archbishop Mitty students are encouraged to adopt principles for living that promote faith, peace, justice, and service.

Here at Archbishop Mitty High School, teachers, administrators, and students work together to create a school community where students can grow to be intellectually competent, just, faith-filled, respectful persons who will exercise leadership in building a better world. This educational enterprise is supported by parents, alumni and friends of Archbishop Mitty who are dedicated to the school’s mission.

At Archbishop Mitty we challenge students to expect the best of us and, in turn, of themselves.  As a member of our community, I also invite you to expect the best.
