This fall, the men’s cross country team placed third in the CCS Division II Championship and advanced to the CIF Division II State Championship for the second consecutive year in a row. For the women’s cross country team, senior Mia Lombardo advanced to CCS Division II Championship. Great job, Monarchs!
Under Coach Grubb’s guidance, the men’s cross country team advanced to the state championships for the second consecutive year in a row this season. He brings to the team 19 years of experience participating in cross country and track competitions during middle school, high school, and college. After high school, he was a standout runner at Westmont College. Coach Grubb is also an avid marathon and half marathon runner.
