The football program looks forward to the 2018 season under the direction of new head coach Sione Ta’ufo’ou.
Before joining the Archbishop Mitty coaching staff as the offensive coordinator this past season, Coach Ta’ufo’ou spent five years as the head coach at Menlo-Atherton High School where he took the Bears to the 2011 CCS Finals and was named PAL Coach of the Year. Ta’ufo’ou serves as a quarterback coach for several programs including Nike’s prestigious Elite 11, Trent Dilfer Football, and The Opening; is a board member for the AIGA Foundation; and is the founder of Difference Makers, a non-profit serving student athletes.
